Abstract

The Land Use Regulation Commission on May 18 will consider the fate of Fantasy 4-Play, an adult bookstore on Route 1 in Baring. The store is in the unorganized territories, and has attracted attention because it is operating without a permit. Being in a LURC general development zone, Fantasy 4-Play is required to be compatible with businesses and residences in the area.
