Abstract

The directors of Camp Newfound-Owatanna have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear their case. The camp was denied a tax exemption by the town of Harrison because the majority of their campers come from out of state. The trial court found in the camp's favor, but the decision was overturned by the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
