Abstract
Analysis of some of the environmental legislation the Maine Legislature will consider this session. Measures to be considered include L.D. 1217, the takings bill; L.D. 952, which would ensure consistency between state and federal regualtions; L.D. 428, which would require that additions to Maine's endangered species list be approved by the state Legislature; and L.D. 88, an act to amend the definition of freshwater wetland.
