Abstract

Xpress Copy Service of Portland is offering customers a 4-cent per pound credit on waste paper. Company President Philip Rhinelander says the program is the first of its kind in the nation. The paper can be brought in to Xpress Copy's Fore Street location, and is remarketed to W. Goodman & Sons of Scarborough.
