Abstract

Housing developer Pamela Gleichman on July 18 filed a suit to block the federal Rural Housing and Community Development Service from cutting off her access to federal housing money. The RHCDS on July 11 notified Gleichman that her firm, Gleichman & Co., had been suspended from all business with federal agencies and that debarment was possible. The suspension was the second in a year, and alleges that Gleichman repeatedly failed to meet deadlines for resolving problems from the first suspension.
