Abstract

Marshall Cohen of the Aseptic Packaging Council says that since asceptic juice boxes are recyclable it is only fair that the ban on the containers be lifted, as would be done if the Legislature passes a bill it is considering. Environmental activists in the state maintain that the ban should remain in effect until it can be proven that a recycling program would work.
