Abstract
Kennebec County Probate Judge James Mitchell has ended the one-year state guardianship of Carol Johnson, but only after giving state social workers one month to account for their handling of Johnson's funds. Johnson is the Cambridge, Mass., woman with a bone disease who spent 10 months in a Skowhegan hospital after being admitted for a broken leg, and was diagnosed as having a severe personality disorder.
