Abstract

The Maine Land Use Regulation Commission recently was asked to approve four projects that proposed rezoning 868 acres for 186 house lots. A proposal by George Denny to subdivide land in Lincoln Plantation was turned down, while a proposal by Sylvan Properties of Texas to develop property in T2R8 was tabled. A proposal in Andover North Surplus was approved, while action on a proposal by Moosehead Wildlands for land in Tomhegan Township was postponed.
