Abstract
Details on the March meeting of the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission, during which the commission discussed revising the latest draft of a new comprehensive land use plan for the state's 10 million-acre unorganized territory. There were unusual circumstances that produced the apparent conservation mandate, but the makeup of LURC has since changed.
