Abstract
Details on Monday's meeting at Wiscasset Middle School, during which around 350 opponents and supporters of the Maine Yankee nuclear power plant addressed nine starffers from the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The meeting was prompted by a series of events that began with allegations that Maine Yankee used a cooling system computer code that failed to meet NRC requirements.
