Abstract
Profile of Arthur Harvey and his wife, Elizabeth Gravalos, of Hartford. Harvey, a peace activist and co-founder of the Greenleaf Harvesters, hasn't filed a federal tax return since 1959, and Gravalos hasn't filed one since 1972. The federal Internal Revenue Service will auction their property June 19, and fellow war tax resisters will be in Hartford to lend moral support.
