Profile of Matt Herbuck, 26, who last year took over Curtis Farm in Milbridge. Herbuck, a graduate of the College of the Atlantic, is trying to make a go of it with sustainable agriculture. Herbert apprenticed himself to Chester Curtis several years ago, and Curtis taught him everything he knows about the business of market gardening.
