Abstract

Letter to the editor from Maine Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Ned Sullivan, in response to a December 19, 1996, Maine Times article on flooding at the S.D. Warren mill in Westbrook. Sullivan writes that the mill was restarted after the flooding without compromising the environment.
