Abstract

Manna Ministries, a Bangor soup kitchen, is searching for a new location after hearing that merchants near its Central Street facility felt Manna's clients loitered and hurt business. Manna had been leasing the building and planned to purchase it but needed access to an adjacent courtyard, which it's neighbors opposed.
