Abstract
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development last week reversed an earlier decision denying a $548,000 YouthBuild grant to the Portland West Neighborhood Planning Council. The decision was reversed because a scoring mistake was discovered in Portland West's application. The grant will allow Portland West to offer GED classes and job training through YouthBuild for another year.
