Abstract

Letter to the editor from John Glowa of the Maine Wolf Coalition, on L.D. 498, which would use revenues from the state's loon license plate program for boat, snowmobile and ATV enforcement. Glowa writes that passage of the bill would cripple Maine's endangered and nongame wildlife program.
