Abstract
The Androscoggin River Source To The Sea Canoe Trek is a joint project of the Androscoggin Land Trust and the Upper Androscoggin Valley Project of the Appalachian Mountain Club. The 160-mile trek began on June 28 in Wilson's Mills, and will end with a final haul-out at Popham Beach. An average of 20 canoeists per day participated in the 19-day voyage, which is designed to heighten awareness of the Androscoggin River's importance and celebrate its rebirth.
