Abstract

Letter to the editor from Charles A. Woodman of Appleton, in response to an August 21, 1997, Maine Times editorial on Woodman and his pond. Woodman built a pond on his property, and the Maine Department of Environmental Protection says the pond destroyed critical trout spawning and nursing habitat.
