Abstract

Maine Public Broadcasting Corp. (MPBC) is waging an aggressive last-minute funding campaign before the end of its fiscal year on June 30. According to Rob Gardiner, president of MPNC, the goal is to raise an additional $76,000 for Maine Public Radio and $351,000 for Maine Public Television to enable the corporation to meet its goal of 46 percent of its budget coming from public donations. With budget, staffing, and salaries comparisons with New Hampshire Public Television.
