Abstract

The genesis and history of Northeast Historic Film, started in 1986 by Karan Sheldon and her husband David Weiss. The collection has grown to 4 million feet of film and 2,000 hours of video footage relating to Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. This fall the group will unveil the revamped Bucksport Alamo Theatre with a facility added on the back for the collection.
