A look at ride services in Maine, including the new Zoom Turnpike Express commuter bus, with stops in Biddeford, Saco, and Portland; and GO Augusta and Portland's RideShare, carpooling programs that have similar guaranteed emergency-ride home services. All three programs are funded through the federal highway's congestion mitigation air quality funds and are to be evaluated after a few years.
