Abstract

Kay Hawkins, code enforcement officer for the town of Hartford, says that town selectmen do not want her enforcing the laws she was hired to enforce. Three of the town's selectmen apparently want Hawkins out, for what Hawkins claims is her unwillingness to treat influential people in town differently during the course of code enforcement.
