Abstract
The state's Land Use Mediation Program has been used only three times since it was established by the Legislature in 1995. For $175, a landowner aggrieved by a municipal or state land use decision can apply for up to four hours with a trained mediator. A week-long series of symposiums and workshops is being offered throughout the state in recognition of Alternate Dispute Resolution Week. With details on the program.
