Abstract
State economic development officials have begun a series of regional "citizen forums" designed to solicit local opinions before a long-range state plan is adopted next year. A midcoast meeting in Edgecomb last week failed to resolve any conflicts, but participants did endorse coordinating land use, transportation and economic planning. Details.
