"Maine Interview" piece with Bill Masters of Bangor who recently bought a five-story building in downtown Bangor that long ago housed Sweet's Pharmacy and, more recently, Betts Books. Masters has opened Sweet's Market on the ground floor and plans to rehab the upper floors into spacious apartments and offices.
