Abstract
"News" piece on Allen Bingham of Scarborough, a retired state employee who tried to sign his wife up for state health insurance during an open enrollment period for domestic partners, but was told the invitation did not include married couples. Frank Johnson, executive director of the Division of Employee Health and Benefits for the Department of Administration and Financial Services, said the Attorney General's Office has concurred with the decision.
