Abstract
"News" piece on the Allagash Wilderness Waterway's planned access site at John's Bridge. The Natural Resources Council of Maine (NRCM) is vowing to continue the fight against the site after Superior Court justice Donald Marden upheld the state's decision to allow construction of the controversial new facility. NRCM has 30 days in which to appeal the ruling to the Maine Supreme Court. Consequently, the state Department of Conservation won't start work on the project until next spring.
