Abstract

"News" piece on Jonesboro residents who claim their homes were in the line of drifting droplets of Accord, an herbicide used by some Maine blueberry growers. With special focus on Alan Lewis of Jonesport, a former chairman of the Board of Pesticides Control, whose organic blueberry field was inadvertently sprayed last month with the insecticide Imidan at a concentration twice the legal limit for human food crops.
