Abstract
"News" piece on the New Moon restaurant in Bangor, which is moving to a new location. Owners Paul and Allison Noonan said P & R LLC, a group that purchased the building last January, wanted them to pay as much as $900 a month retroactively for electricity. The Noonans said they plan to reopen on Sept. 30 a few blocks away.
