Abstract
"News" piece on a $12 million renovation of the University of Maine's Memorial Union. The former Bear's Den is gone and the dining hall is now the Marketplace, which boasts that it will offer selections from five national chains, including Starbucks, Freshens, Pretzel Logic and Taco Bell. The university paid Taco Bell a $5,000 licensing fee and will continue to pay 7 percent on gross sales of all Taco Bell products.
