Abstract
"News" piece on O'Naturals, a "natural" fast food eatery opened 10 months ago in Falmouth. Jay Friedlander, 33, the company's vice president is a business school graduate and a former Peace Corps worker, said those who are interested in tasty, nontoxic food are well-educated and between the ages of 25 and 55. Customers get far fewer calories and less fat per serving compared to other fast-food restaurants like McDonald's and Wendy's, but O'Naturals can't compete pricewise. Still, owners Gary Hirshberg and Mac McCabe hope to open six new restaurants around New England in the next three years.
