Abstract
Friends of Pleasant Mountain say they will pursue in court the matter of a proposed U.S. Cellular tower on Pleasant Mountain in Denmark. The Denmark Zoning Board of Appeals rejected an appeal by the group and upheld a decision approving the application. A silmilar controversy in Freeport prompted state legislators there to announce hearings to consider how cellular towers are sited.
