Abstract

Details on last week's public meeting in Cape Elizabeth on the town's coyote population. The meeting was moderated by police chief David Pickering, and residents questioned state wildlife biologist Phil Bozenhard and town animal control officer Bob Leeman. Pickering said the town was not ready to call for an extermination program, but that residents who saw a pet being attacked could shoot a coyote.
