Abstract

Androscoggin Greenways, a project of the cities of Lewiston and Auburn and other organizations, has received a $350,000 federal grant to construct a pedestrian way and bike path over the abandoned Lewiston-Auburn railroad trestle. The project eventually hopes to link parks with hiking trails and bike paths from Lisbon to Turner.
