Abstract

Department of Marine Resources biologist Ted Creaser said that the recent $1.4 million Sea Grant funds awarded to Maine and New Hampshire for fisheries research couldn't go toward a critically needed sea urchin population assessment because such a proposal wouldn't have met grant requirements.
