Abstract

West End councilor David Marshall and East End councilor John Anton, in response to the proposed closures of West End's Reiche, East End's Munjoy and the Riverton branches of the library, say funds should be cut to the library to compensate. Marshall proposed that the money could be invested in the vacated spaces as community centers for the communities affected.
