Abstract

"Inside Outside City Hall" piece questioning the lack of public conversation about the Portland Public Library's plans to move into the former Portland Public Market. Library board members promise that input from the public will be a part of the process going forward. However, March 5th will be the first time the public will be able to weigh in on the plan - at the same Portland City Council meeting where seven library-related orders must be approved to move the process forward.
