Description
Full exterior view of Day's Jewelry Store (also known as Day's Department Store), 489 Congress Street, from southwest.
The business was at this location from 1927-1972, specializing in jewelry, timepieces (and their repair), radios, televisions, and household appliances. Day's relocated to 540 Congress Street, where they continued in business through 1985.
Chapman Building (477 Congress Street) is at right.
