Full exterior view of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 190 Cumberland Avenue, from northwest. Cathedral Junior High School (186 Cumberland Avenue) at left. The Cathedral is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland, and it was constructed between 1866 and 1869. The Cathedral's address is also known as 307 Congress Street.
