Description

Full exterior view of Clark Memorial United Methodist Church, 15 Pleasant Avenue, from southeast. Pleasant Avenue at left. Forest Avenue at right.
The church was built in 1882, named in memory of Dr. Eliphalet Clark (1801-1883), a distinguished local physician and parishioner. Dr. Clark was part of the committee that drafted the plan for the American Institute of Homeopathy.
