Top photo: Cake decorators Alden Noyes, Raymond Taylor, Angie Brown. The angel food cakes on the racks represent a half-day's work for the decorators' creations with "artistic scrolls, flutings, ribbons, and flower designs."
Bottom photo: Alden Noyes mixing cake frosting for the bakers' cake scroll work. The Cushman's cake department also make wedding cakes, including a 5-tier designed to serve 350 people.
