Description
Full exterior night view of Rines Brothers Company department store, 529-535 Congress Street, from east. Casco Street at right. The store building was photographed to highlight the display of electric Christmas lights.
The building is also known as the John B. Brown Memorial Block, built in 1883-1884, designed by John Calvin Stevens and Francis Fassett.
