Description
Full exterior night view of the Clapp Memorial Building, 443 Congress Street, from south (northwest corner of Congress Street and Elm Street). The office building's principal tenant at the time of this photograph was Cumberland County Power and Light Company. Elm Street at left. The Metropolitan Apartments building (439 Congress Street) at right.
The building was photographed to highlight the display of electric Christmas lights.
