Description

Views of DiMillo's floating restaurant, Long Wharf.
Tony DiMillo (previous owner of Anthony's Restaurant) opened DiMillo's at 121 Commercial Street in 1965- see image from June 1982 at this link,and moved his restaurant to Long Wharf in December 1982. The floating restaurant was originally a car ferry on Long Island, N.Y., and the hull was replaced at Bath Iron Works.
