Description

Exterior views of the Kabob 'n Curry restaurant, 629 Congress Street. The space had previously been home to the Afghan Restaurant which relocated to 88 Exchange Street. From 1927-1979, the full ground floor of 629-631 Congress Street was home to The Splendid restaurant.
The restaurant building (immediately west of the Fine Arts Cinema) was destroyed by fire in 1993.
