Description
Led by Priscilla Doucette of Portland High School, second from right, 12 Soviet exchange students from Archangel head to the Federal Courthouse as they begin their three-week visit to the Portland area Thursday.
Accompanied by their chaperone, Nina Fedeseyeva, third from right, the students are staying in area homes while attending classes and a wide schedule of events to familiarize themselves with American life.
