Description
Members of the Portland band Zeus, posing with MG convertible, parked in front of New England Music Systems store, 109 Center Street. Group in doorway of store.

The band was preparing for a May 8th concert at the Portland Exposition Building. Zeus won first place in the "Search for the New Sound" contest at the Portland Expo, and was named by Billboard Magazine as one of the top 50 acts in the United States.
