Abstract

"Focus on Transportation & Trade" piece on Maine's three major cargo ports--Portland, Eastport, and Searsport--and how they are compensating for the pulp industry slowdown by handling or gearing up to handle shipments of wind turbine components for the growing wind farm industry.
