Fishermen in Massachusetts have started a boat tie-up, or strike, to protest the new federal regulations governing the taking of groundfish in New England waters, prompting some Maine fishing boats to stay in harbor yesterday in a show of support -- Fisherman Bill Doughty of Orrs Island said dozens of Maine boats remained in port, but some were simply waiting to learn more about the new rules -- Details
