Abstract

Orlando E. Delogu, 57, a law professor who finished third in a five-way race for an at-large Portland City Council seat last year, is assured of winning the District 2 seat this year because rival Ken Jones has been disqualified. Austin Weschkolofsky, a homeless man seeking an at-large seat, was disqualified after more than half of the 500 signatures he collected were invalidated. Details.
